    Just because someone opened your email doesn’t mean they read it. I can break down your open rate to tell you how many people deleted your email, compared to how many read it.

    Individual-level tracking

    Using our Pro tracking you can collect data for individual subscribers on your mailing list and export it directly. For example, use the data to identify customers that use their iPhone regularly and send them a targeted message regarding your upcoming app. Or send a content-rich newsletter to your most engaged subscribers.     Incredible though it may seem, I can even tell you if your subscribers printed or forwarded your message. And we track natural forwards (someone using the ‘forward’ button in their email client), not those done via a web form. No other tool is able to track this metric.
